Seaside Holiday Home

Fresh Spaces collaborated with the owners of a recently purchased holiday home in Victoria to revitalize and repair the property, creating more comfortable and functional spaces. By sorting through the furniture left by the previous owner, we helped the owners decide what to keep, sell, or donate.

We assisted in creating a budget for repairs, refreshing, and renewing, enabling the owners to prioritise tasks and determine what they could do themselves versus what required professional help. Our role included coordinating painting and floorboard sanding and polishing, while the owners replaced the rotten decking boards and arranged for new window furnishings. The combination of the original furniture with new items has transformed the house into a cosy seaside retreat.

Investment Property Sale

Fresh Spaces assisted the owner of this Eastern Suburbs unit in preparing the property for sale. After being tenanted for the past 15 years, there were many potential projects to consider. Our team helped Andrew prioritise the projects to focus on those that would have the most appeal to prospective buyers. Andrew chose to undertake interior painting, carpet replacement, new window furnishings, garden tidy up, and professional staging and styling.

Home Rejuvenation

The owner of an older home in the inner eastern suburbs approached us for assistance in identifying refresh and maintenance projects before a potential sale. We provided Rob various options for potential improvements along with estimated pricing, which enabled him to create a project budget. We also connected him with qualified tradespeople and efficiently coordinated the work, including a bathroom renovation that required a building permit. The home’s interior and exterior appeal were substantially improved without overcapitalising, just in time for the property to be listed in the busy spring real estate market.
